CLEAR*ONLINE allows you to complete the intake and determine if you qualify for services. It is available 24 hours a day.
Should you apply online or call the CLEAR Hotline?
If your issue is government benefits or loss of housing (most problems in these areas) and you complete the online application and you qualify, CLEAR will call you back between 8:15AM and 4:00PM Monday through Friday.
If your issue is family law or other issues CLEAR will not call you back. You must call CLEAR. However, if you complete the online application you can determine if you qualify and when you call CLEAR your screening interview will be much shorter.
