Attorneys can volunteer in walk-in advice clinics, scheduled appointments, or by taking cases for direct representation. All clients are screened by CCVLP for income eligibility.

We know law students have a particular set of skills. Though you can’t exactly practice law yet, we want to help you engage with clients and support practicing attorneys as much as possible. Yes, we welcome non-attorney volunteers too! We have a small staff, but a great reach, and our non-attorney volunteers help run advice clinics, contact clients, and coordinate services.
